Churchill Road second graders are beginning their study of monarch butterflies. Students in Sarah Finger’s second grade class were excited to find a monarch caterpillar in the school’s milkweed garden. The students will create a classroom habitat for the caterpillar and study its transformation into a butterfly, then release it for its migration to Mexico.
