Devlin Ruby of Woodbridge, grown in strength and confidence, accepts his blue ribbon from Huey Sullivan during "Ride4SPIRIT," held Saturday, Nov. 9, at Frying Pan Farm Park Equestrian Center in Herndon. According to SPIRIT's Executive Director Davorka Suvak of Reston, Ruby holds a special place in his heart for the coaches, volunteers and herd at SPIRIT.
